Count them...SIX

Not too long ago I was reminded by a former mission companion that while serving our missions together I had "prophesied" that one day I would have six children and name one of my sons Dalton and one of my daughters Sunny (I have no recollection of this prophesy what-so-ever). Well, as of Saturday July 26th all three revelations have now come to pass.

For the next year we have the privilege of raising my older brothers two children, twelve year old Shaylee and ten year old Braden. We are so excited to have them here with us and we are grateful to my brother for making this very difficult decision. We are already having so much fun and learning so much from this new adventure together.
Note .....having two older children enter a family feels like a cake walk compared to having two younger children. What a gift!

I kept wondering who those kids were since they look just like your kids. Guess they are. I love you Kim!

You seriously don't remember that prophesy? We were riding in Mike's car after he had taken us to lunch before he left Memphis. Wow. I think you may have mentioned Clover as well but I for sure remember Dalton and Sunny. Don't ya remember that little boy named Dalton in Walnut Grove Ward? Everytime you saw him you'd say "that's my son's name"! 6 kids - that's awesome!
